Receipt Assignment Fields

Object API name: dryad__Receipt_Assignment__c

A Receipt Assignment links a receipt to a gift transaction it covers. A single receipt has one assignment, and a consolidated receipt has one for each gift. The app creates them automatically. They let you see which gifts a receipt covers, and which receipts a gift has had.

How to read the field tables: the Field column shows the label you see on screen, with the field's API name (the name used by admins, reports and integrations) underneath it. The Data Type column uses Salesforce's own terms. A type that starts with "Formula" is calculated automatically and can't be edited.

Receipt dryad__Receipt__c	Master-Detail (Receipt)	The receipt. If the receipt is deleted, its assignments are deleted too.

Gift Commitment Id dryad__Gift_Commitment_Id__c	Formula (Text)	The gift commitment the gift belongs to, if any. Used to find earlier receipts for a commitment.

Receipt Issue Date dryad__Receipt_Issue_Date__c	Formula (Date)	The receipt's issue date.
Receipt Status dryad__Receipt_Status__c	Formula (Text)	The receipt's status ("Receipted" or "Voided").
Receipt Type dryad__Receipt_Type__c	Formula (Text)	The receipt's type ("Single Receipt", "Consolidated Receipt" or "Acknowledgment").
Transaction Date dryad__Transaction_Date__c	Formula (Date)	The gift's transaction date.
